If you are living outside of the European Union you do NOT need to pay 21% VAT. All advertised prices on this site include 21% VAT.
At the checkout the VAT will be automatically deducted from your order.
Soonsalon can only deduct the VAT if you live outside the EU and your purchase also shipped outside the EU.
Soonsalon ships every shipment registered all over the world. Depending on your location and size/weight of your shipment we use one of our preferred shipping companies such as FedEx, DHL, DPD or DB Schenker. Tracking is available for every shipment and will be automatically send to you.
If you weren't home at the moment of delivery, your order will be offered a second time. If the order cannot be delivered at the second time the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to inform if you still want the order to be delivered, freight need to be paid for the first shipment as well.
We charge transportation costs for the second shipment.
Yes. Please write to us email@example.com in order to cancel or change your order within 24 hours after placing your order. If your order has been dispatched already, you may return it to us, and we will refund you the money you paid, excluding transportation costs.
Please contact us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will replace the product or we will refund you, including transportation costs. If possible, please make a photo of the damage and email it to us.
If we ask you to return a damaged product to our warehouse, we will arrange the transport.
A claim for damaged products can be submitted until 14 days after we have dispatched the product.
If you have ordered and paid for a product, which turns out to be not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible, and in any case before dispatching the remainder of your order.
